Alexei Molvinsky

Mr. Molvinsky manages a non-public investment fund. His professional focus is on investments in fast-growing, vertically integrated Russian companies and strategic management.
 
He managed complex projects for development and implementation of corporate strategies, financial and economic management systems.
 
He has experience of a general and financial director in Russian and international companies.
 
From 2002 to 2004, he was project leader at CARANA Corporation. Mr. Molvinsky also led several projects on introducing the system of planning and regular financial reporting according to IFRS and German HGB standards at Bayer AG (chemical and pharmaceutical industry), on introducing managerial accounting at the Laverna group of companies, the CV Protek group of companies, the Baltimore-Holding group of companies.
 
He is the author and tutor of educational programs on strategic planning, financial and economic management of the company.
 
He is the author of articles in leading Russian business magazines.
