He worked as a professor at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Madagascar (Democratic Republic of Madagascar), where he prepared two Candidates of sciences, published 7 textbooks in French.
He has lectured at Sorbonne.
In 1969, he graduated from the Dagestan University with a diploma of engineer-technologist. In 1984, he graduated with honours from Leningrad University (economic faculty, specialisation “Political economy”).
In 1977, he won his degree for Candidate of Economic Sciences at the Institute of Economics of the USSR Academy of Sciences for his thesis “Merging as a Form of Concentrating Production”.
Since 1977, Mr. Seifullayev has been with the Russian Geological Exploration University where he was promoted from senior instructor to professor and head of the section of economic theory.
In 1990, he began research and tutorial activity at the G. V. Plekhanov Institute of the Russian Academy of Economics and also provided advisory services to various banks and investment companies.
Since 2005, he has been engaged in research and tutorial work at the Higher School of Finance and Management with lectures and practical sessions in microeconomics and macroeconomics.
He is supervisor of studies for master’s degrees, graduation diploma works and projects by the students of the School.
He is the author of 40 publications and prepared for publication a textbook for the course “Fundamentals of macroeconomics.”
