Mr. Kolontai graduated from the Byelorussian University and took a post-graduate course at the Byelorussian Institute of National Economy. He has developed management systems for big machine-building facilities of the Ministry for Tractor and Agricultural Machinery of the USSR (the Radiator plant in Orenburg, the Kievtraktorodetal plant in Kiev, the Minsk and Volgograd Tractor Works).
Over the past seven years, Mr. Kolontai has been consulting and conducting corporate training in Russia, Ukraine, and Byelorussia with such companies as Ford-Union, Evrostyl, Polimir, Mozyrsol, Ladoga-Market, Detskiy Mir, Ogneupor Group, Ekvang, Mittal Steel Temirtau, Plastik, Alpi chain of hypermarkets, the Siberian Confectionary Company, representative offices of Philip Morris, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, and Moga.
Professor Kolontai is one of the few business tutors in Russia who deliberately resorts in his seminars to the double-loop learning concept of Cris Ardjiris. He is a partner at the KGK managing team.
He delivers the author's courses in the MBA and Executive MBA programmes at Higher School of Finance and Management of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Services.
Mr. Kolontai is the author of 40 scientific publications, including four books on marketing, management and business cultures.
